Trip to Outer Space

From times to times, I take a trip to the Moon. It's refreshing.

Side note: if you'd like to receive a lomocard from Mexico, you have until Friday, May 25 to send me your postal address. I couldn't find a post office on the moon, I apologize.

Fishie in Miami

With the typical development delay, I am pleased to introduce Fishie's fun trip to Miami a few weeks ago.

This really cool advertisement for Jet Blue (which I recommend, by the way, they do have a lot more legroom than other airlines) also shows the geography of our beloved Massachusetts, since you may see the horn of Cape Cod in the distance. The map below shows approximatively the spot where I took the picture.

And there you go for the cool vegetation of Florida:

Next time I send a film to the development shop, I should really ask for a photo CD in addition to my paper prints, because I'm not quite satisfied with the colors of my scanned photos. I got a CD for film #3 and the results are just superior.

So cute....

I apologize for the old-fashioned colors that look like I found these pictures from the 70s in some remote drawer... If you want the cool paper slideshow just come visit me.

This one is one of my favorites:

But I like this one as well:

The alligators were not very photogenic, but the Everglades were:

The auto-color function in Photoshop is just killing the colors of this one...

Some random Chilean people that I met on the beach:

Good news: I'm going back to Miami on Monday for a client meeting! I won't really have time to go anywhere but I'll definitely enjoy a relaxing 2-day trip for a 2-hour meeting!

More Somerville fun

Just a few last pics from film #3, since I got film #4 yesterday and we got some cool stuff to show. In the meantime, enjoy beautiful Somerville!

Fisheye in New York

Here is finally Holga's counterpart trip to NYC. Since Fisheye accepts regular films I usually get 36 poses per film, giving me a strong numerical advantage over the 16 shots that Holga can take on a typical film. I'll let you enjoy these shots in silence:

(remember where the great picture of Alex of NY was taken? Well, that's the same place)

I got it!

Too bad I have my finger on my face...

I hope that you enjoyed the trip!
